Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7 -Day Return Window
We offer a  7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, instruction manuals, and accessories must be intact.

A copy of the original invoice/bill must be included.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return/refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear.

Products that are explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Items where the original seal/packaging has been opened or tampered with tag or silk mark tag , packing case will not be eligible for return.

Return Process
Initiate Return: Email us at sales@srinidhisilk.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package or arrange for a reverse pickup (if available at your location).

Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality check. This may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds
If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of the approval.

If the product is returned due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the full amount, including any shipping charges paid, will be refunded.

For returns requested due to a change of mind, any original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Replacements/Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order. 

All the replaced products will be delivered within 7-8 business days
