Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Bengaluru Karnataka, India
 
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
 
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are considered to be placed on the next business day.
 
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
 
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Method: Standard Delivery
 
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and the delivery location.
 
Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. This threshold will be clearly communicated on the website.
 
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing the tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.
 
It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
 
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@srinidhisilks.com.com  with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
 
All claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
